Spines is the only Primary Power set that has a damage aura, and /Fire's Burn AOE power hits everyone constantly. I think Spiritual may be a more viable choice than I originally thought. I ran an Ele / Ele Scrapper on live for a couple months. Bonfire also adds another layer of mitigation when adding KB - KD IO. Just guessing, though.
