Rich was born in Colonial Park on May 8, 1962 to the late Richard and Mildred (Becker) Forney, Sr. Rich is survived by his devoted wife of 40 years, Lisa A (Reigel) Forney; two children: Tashina (Christopher) Horne of Lancaster, and Robert Forney of Philadelphia; four grandchildren: Hope, Faith, Justin, Richard K. Forney, Jr., best known as Rich, age 61 of Loysville went to be with Jesus on Saturday, May 20, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer.
